Vibration Tests

Vibration testing is an important tool for improving product reliability and can be used during development, design evaluation and production. Omni-axial systems can be used alone or in conjunction with thermal stress to cost-effectively achieve maximum levels of robustness and hence very high levels of reliability.

Vibration testing is widely used to ensure that products are capable of surviving the real world environment that will be encountered during use. Conventional electro-magnetic systems are commonly used during product development but pneumatic multi-axis systems are increasingly being used for accelerated life testing prior to production, and for Stress Screening during production. Stress Screening is mainly applied to electrical and electronic products.
